Sounds of Storytelling: From Venice to Seattle
Skyros Quartet Presents: Constellation Creatives Fundraiser Presents a Preview of Maddalena September 27th, 2024, 7pm SCMS Center for Chamber Music, Seattle, WA Skyros Quartet will perform several pieces, including a sneak preview from the new opera Maddalena featuring soprano Linda Tsatsanis, countertenor José Luis Muñoz, and Nathan Wasner on harpsichord and trumpet. There will be delicious desserts, hors d'oeuvres, drinks, silent auction items, and fun surprises. Maddalena is a full-length salon opera about the life of Maddalena Lombardini, commissioned by Constellation Creatives. Its music is by Nathan Wasner, and its librettist is Alan Olejniczak. |
