Opera Orlando double bill of two operas, Beatrice + Benedict and Cavalleria Rusticana, that unfold simultaneously on an Easter day in the Sicilian town of Messina. Beatrice + Benedict, music by Hector Berlioz, is based on Shakespeare’s comedy Much Ado About Nothing. Adapted into English and reworked by Alan Olejniczak and Grant Preisser.

Alan enjoys singing and has performed on-and-off since his time as an undergraduate student. Nearly all of his on-stage experience has been as a bass-baritone in opera choruses.
